I sent a message through the website expecting that the management might be concerned about both the sanitation and poor customer service, but that was a couple days ago and I never heard anything back. At that point, we finally threw in the towel and left. Finally, after over 20 minutes, we asked when we could expect our food, only to be told they had "forgot" to make the new pizza but "we can bang one out in 12 minutes". At one point, the counter girl came by and collected the hair pizza, telling us a new one was being made. We were grossed out but agreed, accidents happen after all. We showed it to the girl working at the counter, who (with a disinterested "sorry") said she would refund our money to our card and they would make us a new pizza. It was baked into the pizza dough and not easy to remove. It was curly and did not look like it came from the scalp, unfortunately. When the pizza was brought out to us, I grabbed a slice and was ready to take a bite.when I noticed a dark hair sticking out of the side of it.

I had eaten at Flying Pie years ago, but not recently until this past week on 5/21 when my husband and I decided to stop in after seeing a movie at the Academy. Had a bad experience and the worst customer service ever here. One more thing.don’t worry about keeping Portland weird.all of you unemployed green haired millennials are doing a great job. Also, if you’re a vegan and don’t like the pizza you get it’s because there’s no meat on it stupid.

If you’re on the gluten free click(which has zero health benefits unless your a celiac)maybe you shouldn’t waste your time with something like pizza that’s made up of half bread (duh). If you think Dominos pizza is good pizza you should probably stick with that-honestly you don’t deserve this pizza if your pizza standards are that pathetic. I’ve brought many friends to try the combo 1 and every one was very impressed. If you don’t like the pizza you get maybe you should try a different topping. If you’re in a hurry you can call an hour ahead and pick up your pizza to go. I’ve eaten here many times and love the combo 1.
